Visiting Research Position
SNR welcomes visitors from national and international institutions to stay and participate in the research project. In the past we have had students seeking master and/or PHD degree, post-doctoral fellow with either MD or PhD degree. The recommended duration of the stay varies depending on nature of projects and background of the visitors; however successful visitors stay more 1 year. The visitors are responsible for obtaining financial support from their home institutions or outside of SNR laboratory. Visiting Research Position discussed here is unpaid position. Post-doc life in SNR lab
One of the SNR laboratory's focus is to assist in post-doctoral fellow's career development though their stay in SNR lab. We encourage them to attend seminar's and workshops sponsored by the institution BWH Post-doctoral office). The director, Dr. Hata, meet with them regularly to discuss the status of the project, promotion in Harvard Medical School system, and establishment of independent laboratory of their own inside and outside the Harvard.
